Availability & Design: 'The Nappy Cake Store' online shop images are for illustration purposes only. Sometimes a design will change slightly. But you can be sure of a quality finish.

'The Nappy Cake Store' will however provide each product as described. If one product becomes discontinued or changes in anyway we cannot be held responsible for any disputes. Where possible, items will be replaced with an product of equal or better quality.

Bespoke Designs: Please contact us with all your requirements by using the contact form. Ensure all your details are clear, we will however contact you just to make sure we understand what you would like. Bespoke designs are non-refundable unless they are damaged in transit. We will not accept returns for any other reason.

Payment: We only accept payments through Paypal. This service provides you with a secure shopping experiance. Paypal covers all customers against any unauthorised purchase and no history or card details with be dis-closed. Once your order is processed you will automatically receive an email from Paypal confirming your order with us.

We also accept cheques made payable to Mrs J Fletcher.

Please note: Orders paid by cheque will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

 Returns/Refunds: 'The Nappy Cake Store' hopes that you will be happy with your order, But if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send back to us in the original packaging. Please enclose your name, address and obtain your proof of posting and we will process your refund or replacement.
